LIGHT WORD

LightWord: “In the midst of a crooked and twisted generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world.” Philippians 2:15 We use lights for display. A Christian should so shine in his life that a person could not live with him a week without knowing the Gospel. His conversation should be such that all who spend time with him would understand clearly to whom he belongs. And who it is he serves and would see the image of Jesus displayed in his daily actions. Lights are intended for guidance. We are to help those around us who are in the dark. We are to declare to them the Word of life. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You for making me the light of the world. Help me that my light will so shine before men for Your glory in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.” John 9: 5 Before Jesus healed the blind man, He introduced Himself as the Light of the world. That man needed to receive his sight, he needed to start seeing physical light, and he began by meeting and knowing the Light of the world. He encountered the Light before he began to see physical light. Friend, if you desire to see the physical light you need, you need to know the Light of the world. If you desire heaven's resources, you need to connect to the One who rules in the affairs of men from heaven. If you want to see God's hand, then seek His face that it might shine on you. If you seek the gift, just encounter the Giver. Say this to yourself: I know the Light; I walk in Light; God's light will consume my darkness today and forever more in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Now the Lord God said, It is not good (sufficient, satisfactory) that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper meet (suitable, adapted, complementary) for him.” Genesis 2:18 AMPC In our focal Scripture today, it was God himself who knew that it wasn't good enough for man to be alone all by himself. After God created everything on earth and saw how good and perfect they are, then He looked at the man and said it is not good, why? Because man can't live on his own successfully without a help, most especially the help that comes from God. I decree from today on, if you have faith in God, the supernatural help of God will not in a day be absent in your life. Say this to yourself: Father, just by Your power, let Your Supernatural Help be the order of the day all through the journey of my life in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Now the Lord God said, It is not good (sufficient, satisfactory) that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper meet (suitable, adapted, complementary) for him.” Genesis 2:18 AMPC Even when there's still a possible solution to the one that falls but because of the absence of help, then the situation will remain terrible. In other words, it is a burden not to receive the help of God. It's a curse, it's not good. And on the other side, God did not design us to live an isolated life . Some say and I quote, isolation is the beginning of desolation. You and I definitely need the help of God for everything and in anything. Say this to yourself: Thank You Jesus for Your wonderful plan which You designed for my life. I pray for Your ever present help in all my life in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.” Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 By now regarding this series, I want to believe that we've understood what supernatural help means and how it is expedient to our lives. What we cannot deny is that without the help of God man can do less to nothing good in life (John 15:5). The fourth NO when someone lacks help from God is, No Time Accuracy, this means without help in one's life every great chance (and information) comes to you after its occurrence or when you can no longer do anything about it: always being delayed to reach you. And the fifth NO is, no one to help you out, just like our focal Scripture says, when he falls there is no one to help him up. Say this to yourself: My Father in heaven, I thank You for making me realize that without Your help I am empty in ...

LightWord: “Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.” Psalm 127:1 The third 'NO' from the five no's when there is no help is, no easy doing. When someone has not yet received the Supernatural help , then most likely, nothing will be easy for such a person . Everything will just become difficult, projects will be incomplete and frustrating. It will be as if one wasn't called to do such a project. For instance, many people have a plan to build, then they build and build for years they are still struggling building, and in most cases abandon the building. For some it might be academics , career , relationship , finances . Say this to yourself: Father thank You for opening up my eyes of understanding. Now Lord I know I need Your help over this project (mention it to God), by Your favor, let my unfruitful labour ceased forever in Jesus' name . Amen!

LightWord: “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:” Ecclesiastes 3:1 Last time, I started with the 5 No's when there is no help. The first no is that there won't be support; No help, No Support. Now, the second no, is No Relevancy! When someone's lack the help of God, there won't be relevance in that person's life. The things such a fellow ought to do within a short period of time or even at the actual time will take a long period of time because there's no help. Before one could achieve a goal, it would have been out of time, no more meaning to it, no more glory. May the help of God not to be irrelevant in life locate you speedily. Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because today I receive Your help to be relevant in life and everything that concerns me, fulfilling purpose at every appointed time in Jesus' name. Amen!

First, without the help of God, there is NO SUPPORT. When someone lacks help, it means there is no support for such a person. He will just keep struggling and struggling all by himself till time passes him by. That has nothing to do with being lazy or not, in fact, such a fellow might be doing combinations of works altogether but without support, it will avails to nothing. The story will be as one fetching rivers into a basket. When someone lacks help from God, there won't be support from anywhere even when there is a vacancy at the top. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You because today marks an end to all my struggling. Enough is enough, send me Help ...

LightWord: “But let all those that put their trust in thee... For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.” Psalm 5:11-12 The supernatural help of God is what you and I need for living. Remember, help comes from favor, and favor is an approval . It's a choice! That's why despite the fact that some people were downgraded, seems unqualified yet they get it anyway. That's what we call the favor of God. People might be wondering but he doesn't have no connection, so how did he get to that position? It is the favor of God. Some might say but we think she's barren, and even the doctor's report says she can no longer have a child, but that's her baby in her hands, how come? It's simply the favor of God. And it is that favor that will bring divine assistance your way. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You for Your favor. By Your help oh God, I ask for the overflow of Your favor today and forever that will turn...

LightWord: “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.” John 15:5 Do you know that God is your Creator? And the simple truth is, we have been programmed in such a way that we cannot do anything especially meaningful things in life without His help. We will always need His help in the pursuit of our set goals in life, ministry, and every other things concerning us. How can you constantly receive the help that is from God? The first thing has been said earlier in this series, to have faith in God. Jesus told His disciples that are amazed by His wonder working ways the summary of it all, have God's kind of faith Mark 11:22 . In having faith in Him is you not losing focus on Him that He can definitely help you supernaturally. Say this to yourself: Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, thank You for the privilege to trust in You. Help me to continually depend on You for help in the pursuit ...

LightWord: “Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.” Mark 9:23 Apostle Paul confessed what takes him to that height in his ministry in life - he said nothing but the grace of God . It is the grace that produces favor, and favor gives birth to help. I don't know where you need the favor of God but as you believe in God, I decree it will manifest in your life. Scripture says to anyone that believes, all things are possible. This month is not left behind, even before this year is over, you can see the manifestations of His power and definitely share your wonderful testimony, provided you believe only. Just believe! Say this to yourself: Thank You Jesus because I believe in You and in what You can do. Before the end of this year, amaze me with Your Super Wonder of Favor in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power.” Hebrews 1:3 Come to think about it, God is the Controller of heaven and the earth. He controls anything and everything. So, if He controls things on your behalf, then everything will begin to turn out for your favor. That's why I said when the Supernatural Help which is the help of God is available in one's life, greatness is inevitable: you are sure to be great. May such help locate you and your destiny before the end of this year in the name of Jesus. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You for You controls all things by the power of your Word. In my life this year, supernaturally control everything You created to work for my favor in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “For I am the least of all the apostles. In fact, I’m not even worthy... But whatever I am now, it is all because God poured out his special favor on me—and not without results.” 1 Corinthians 15:9‭-‬10 NLT When help is available, greatness is inevitable: the devil has no choice than to give you a chance for greatness in life. To you that can believe God right now before the end of this year the whole world will celebrate your greatness through God's Supernatural Help . Help is a product of favor. What is favor? Favor is not all about money, not about cars or houses, God's favor is the supernatural grace of God to fulfill our mission on earth . Apostle Paul said, I am the least of the Apostles, not even worthy to become one but I am who I am today just by the grace of God. Say this to yourself: Thank You Jesus because I am supernaturally helped of God. This same grace that located Apostle Paul will locate me today and make me great even though I'm not quali...

LightWord : “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord , which made heaven and earth.” Psalm 121:1-2 Do you know if a whole king from our focal Scripture of today, David in all his glory could still recognize where the real help comes from, which is from above, and not from his colleagues despite the fact of his position and connections. Then, I think that should be an eye opener for us, that the only source of help we need is indeed the one from heaven. I posted a word on facebook social media eleven years ago but it is still relevant till tomorrow, that we need the Supernatural Help of God like we need nothing else to succeed in life. Say this to yourself: Father , let my understanding that Your help is more than enough make me outstanding in life in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Overhearing but ignoring what they said, Jesus said to the ruler of the synagogue , Do not be seized with alarm and struck with fear; only keep on believing.” Mark 5:36 AMPC In our focal Scripture, regarding the ruler of the synagogue, some felt to help but could do nothing about his situation but to weep (sympathies). Some are practically weeping but yet mocking him. Some even are bold enough to discourage him, telling him to give up. Surprisingly, it was his colleagues that said so ( Mark 5:21-24&35-42 ), but Glory to God, Jesus provided the only solution to receiving the Supernatural Help of God which is “ Be not afraid, only believe .” So, anybody can be an obstacle, but if you will join your faith with mine before the end of this year, the Supernatural Help of God will make you a wonder . Say this to yourself: Father thank You for the provision of the solution to receiving Your Help. I pray that You always help my faith even in my faithless circumstances. I see...

LightWord: “Overhearing but ignoring what they said, Jesus said to the ruler of the synagogue , Do not be seized with alarm and struck with fear; only keep on believing .” Mark 5:36 AMPC The kind of help that no one can glory for is called the Supernatural Help . The help you receive that you can't even explain how it happens is known as the Supernatural Help. The Supernatural Help is the help that makes you as a person suddenly become an helper to others. To receive this kind of help, I tell you, you need no principles, all you need is just to believe God for it. Jesus said to the ruler of the synagogue not to be afraid but to believe only, if you read the whole incident in that Scripture, you will understand that what the ruler needed is nothing else but the Supernatural Help of the Master. Say this to yourself: Father, I thank You that even in my deadly situation now You are there to help me supernaturally. I believe, Lord I believe in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “He Who comes from heaven is [far] above all others [far superior to all others in prominence and in excellence].” John 3:31b AMPC We could see from our Scripture of today that, it is only what comes from above that is superior to all others, in other words, if we think it is that man or that woman that will help us, we are making a great mistake and not only that, but limiting ourselves from the help we really need in our lives. No matter who they are to you (even your relatives and close friends) or what their level of connections is to you. The help from above is only what can sustain us all throughout the phase of life. God might not come down in person to help you but when He's set to help you, He can use just anybody and anything. Say this to yourself: Thank You Father for no one and nothing can be compare to Your Help. If there is anything I need now Lord, it is Your Help, arise and help me beyond anyone's understanding in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “And as the king of Israel was passing by upon the wall, there cried a woman unto him, saying, Help, my lord, O king. And he said, If the Lord do not help thee, whence shall I help thee? out of the barnfloor, or out of the winepress?” 2 Kings 6:26-27 From the Scripture today, the woman was seriously in need and has the opportunity to meet with the king (the President), she was so relaxed in her mind that that was all she needed, like you and I do sometimes, if only we can call this/that person, if only we can beg that man, if only we meet that person. That was the mindset of the woman, not knowing she's only hoping in frustration; the king responded to her, who am I? Do you think I can do nothing on my own, with my power or by my connections? You are getting it all wrong, regardless of your drama. But yet the king did good to her by refocusing her attention to the proper source of all help - the Lord! LightWord: “He Who comes from above (heaven) is [far] above all [others].” John 3:31 AMPC As much as help has a lot to do in one's life, we must also acknowledge the importance of its source, which is from above. Remember, the Scripture says anything that is from above is above all. Superior to any and every other. Help from above is what you need and what you should crave for. Once you get covered with that, life goes just as God plans it for you. Any other help will be a privilege and opportunity for the helpers. Looking unto your fellow human beings or other gods for help will end up in frustration if not later become your destruction. Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because by Your help I can do all things, help me to remain focus on Your help and Your help only in Jesus' name. Amen!
