LIGHT WORD

LightWord: “And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith. [6] And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.” Luke 17:5-6 Listen, I have come to realize that while some other people's faith is moving mountains, some others are not even moving papers, you know why? Because their faith is not active. They don't know what it takes to stir up their faith. The disciples thought it was by big faith that they could move mountains but Jesus ignored their ignorance rather, He said to them and us, even with our small but active faith, yet mountains shall melt before us. Say this to yourself: Father, I declare and decree I have active faith in You and therefore mountains, demons tremble at the sound of my voice in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.” Mark 11:23 From our focal Scripture of today, Jesus clearly revealed it to us that, there is no mountain whether big or small that cannot come down before us as believers when we take our stand through faith. Name those mountains before you right now concerning your family, business and career, finances and your life in general, I can tell you by the authority of God's Word that they can be made plain even now ( Zechariah 4:7 ). Say this to yourself : Who are you, o great mountain of failure at the edge of breakthrough, o mountain of lack and want, o mountain of depression, ( name that mountain ) in the name above every other name come down before me now in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.” Matthew 11:12 Listen, every promise of God to humanity will only be actualized with authority through faith in Christ Jesus ( Mark 11:23 ). Which means that Jesus has given the believers authority to manifest God's promises on earth. He has given us the authority of having dominion over everything, in your marriage, your business or career, and in life generally. But the authority given to you and I will remain dormant or impotent without faith in action. ( Mark 11:12-23 ). Say this to yourself: Father, I decree and declare my faith comes alive now to take charge of my world through the authority of heaven in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.” Mark 11:22-23 Speak with faith to that academic barrier, to that barrenness, to those situations that seems unchangeable in your family, enough is enough. You have the Authority to change things by your faith in God ( Mar 11:22-23, Eph 3:20 ) You must have this understanding that you have been endowed by the spirit of faith just like Caleb Numbers 14:24 . What shall we say about the great men who through faith did the impossible in life. Hebrew 11:32-34 . You are not exempted. Say this to yourself: Father, by the spirit of faith I have in You, from now on I make effective the Authority I have in You to do the impossible in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Say unto them, As truly as I live, saith the LORD, as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you:” Numbers 14:28 Only these two, Joshua and Caleb out of the twelve that went to spy saw and got to the promised land because of their Faith and through their confession. Your authority is validated through the words of your mouth. From the Scripture above, God said through Moses to the people saying anything you say to my ears, so will I do. You have been given the AUTHORITY so command as someone that has authority and not as a slave . Say this to yourself: Father, by the authority given to me from heaven, I take charge of my world here on earth and I say to every mountain before me, be moved now in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “And Caleb stilled the people before Moses , and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it. But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.” Numbers 13:30&31,33 Two of ten could only see with their eyes of faith. What others saw as obstacles could not stop these two, the mountains , the situations, the problems, the giant does not scare them cause they know the Authority that backs them up, and what's that authority? " the land that the Lord has already given to them " therefore they spoke authoritatively of their faith that, "Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are WELL ABLE, not just able but WELL ABLE to overcome it ". What do you see? Say this to yourself: Today, I see myself as a Champion, Victorious, Wealthy, Giver and not a beggar, Global phenomenon, Light to the world , I am a c...

  LightWord: “And the LORD looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the Midianites: have not I sent thee?” Judges 6:14 In the book of Judges 6:11-15 , Gideon said his family was poor and he is the least, God said to him, I want to use you to save my people. After that, Gideon believed through the signs of God shew unto him. He has faith that truly God can use him and God used him to save Israel.  Numbers 13 , God commanded Moses to send a man each out of the twelve tribes of Israel to spy the Land which the Lord has given unto them. Ten people saw with the eyes of sight, only two people could see with faith (2 Cor. 5:7). Say this to yourself: Father, today I choose faith in You to break every barrier and to move every mountain in my life in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.” Mark 11:23 There is this authority given to you by Jesus Christ which allows you to break boundaries that have been set for them in your family that nobody ever passes. It might look like a mountain before you, maybe in academics or a family siege , or in destiny. Don't be fearful or limited with what limits them in your family. You have been given the authority therefore you should exercise it by your Faith. The only thing that will limit you is your lack of faith in God . Jesus says, it doesn't matter how high the mountain is, you have to confront it. Say this to yourself: Thank You Savior for the authority I have in You to confront every mountain before me and to bring them down in Jesus' name. Amen...

LightWord: “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.” Mark 11:23 From the Scripture above, no matter how high the mountain is or how impossible the situation is, all you have to do is to speak to it, command it, then you shall have whatsoever you say. That's nothing short of AUTHORITY ! Now, for us to exercise this Authority we have been given by Christ , we need faith, not just a mere faith but a mountain moving faith.  ...and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he says shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he says. Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because there is power in my prophecy in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Because as he is, so are we in this world.” 1 John 4:17 In this new series, we shall be observing the great God that has placed everything in care of His own in order to become just like Him. For instance, He's a great God and He wants us (His Children) to become just like Him. He is so powerful and He has given us the Holy Spirit to empower us too. Also, He's a God of authority and He delights in us exercising that same authority even here on the earth . By the grace of God, through this series, we shall become just as He is. Say this to yourself: Father in the name of Jesus , thank You for who You are and what You want me as Your child to be in You. Amen!

LightWord: “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” Philippians 4:6 What are the things profitable to do instead of worrying? Pray to the Father. Have Jesus's kind of faith.  Believe in His power and authority thanking Him for the things you may initially want to be worried about. When you put this into practice, before you know it, worries will find its way out of your life and joy fills in instead. Pastor, you mean I can live a worry-free life? Absolutely! Ask the Father for the grace and start living your best life now. Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because according to Your Living Word, I disallow worry in my mind, I will rather thank God for everything and be joyful instead of being fearful of anything by Your grace in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” Philippians 4:6 The Word of God is pure and clear, for God is not an author of confusion. That's why Jesus provided the simple solution for us all; instead of worrying, do seek after one thing, just one thing. Seek after one thing and then get everything and anything you may ever desire ( Matt.6:33 ). Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness . What an offer! In continuity of that, Scripture says do not worry about anything rather there are things profitable to do instead. Say this to yourself: Father, this is my cry today, instead of the controlling spirit of worrying in my life, give me the spirit to be thirsty for You and Your kingdom uncontrollably in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord : “Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation : he that believeth shall not make haste..” Isaiah 28:16 He prepared His blessing to be a long lasting one and He wants you prepared as well for it which requires you to be patient. It's in you letting patience have her perfect work that will put a total end to worries in your life. Until you come to your wit end, and lay everything before God, you are not yet free from anxiety. But when you do so, you will have nothing, absolutely nothing to worry about, knowing fully well that God is in control and nothing can get out of control. Say this to yourself: Father, give me the Spirit of patience , to wait patiently on You and not to worry about anything else again in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Therefore thus saith the Lord God , Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste..” Isaiah 28:16 Scripture says God's plan for your future which can happens to be tomorrow, even the next an hour is well structured, you are His Masterpiece . But this is what will prove that you truly believe, that is, when you don't worry but being patient with Him. Knowing fully well that God never loose control , and not over your life. Some are never patient about God, they think everything about God should be instant. But you must understand not all instantaneous things are everlasting . God won't waste His resources. Say this to yourself: Father, I surrender all to You having the assurance that You are still at work over any situations that comes my way. I choose to believe I choose to be patient in Jesus' name . Amen!

LightWord: “Therefore thus saith the Lord God , Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation : he that believeth shall not make haste..” Isaiah 28:16 Pastor, you mean I can live a worry-free life? Absolutely right, provided you can wait appropriately to God's timing and not be worrying about anything. Believe me, God has planned everything out for our good and not to hurt us. Not just waiting, because the more idle you become the more worrying you are; and not just doing anything for the sake of doing something while waiting, the more panic you become. But you're waiting praying, waiting and believing, waiting thanking God. Then, you will completely chase worry out of your life. Say this to yourself: Father thank You for the provision provided to live above the cares of life, waiting on You and trusting in You by the help of the Holy Spirit . Glory Hallelujah in Jesus' name . Amen!

LightWord: “Therefore I tell you, stop being worried or anxious (perpetually uneasy, distracted) about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, as to what you will wear. Is life not more than food, and the body more than clothing?” MATTHEW 6:25 AMP Wait a minute, Pastor , so if it is truly possible for me not to worry, then what do I do when worry is setting in me? Good question. One thing I'm sure of is, worry has the power to access everyone's mind, yet it is everyone's responsibility to accept or reject it. If Jesus says it is possible, then it is possible ( 1Cor.2:16 ). Remember, even Jesus has been in such situation before; the temptations after His 40 days fasting wasn't the appearance of the devil as many would imagine; it was through His mind but He rejected it. Reject that worry today! Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because I have the mind of Christ . I reject every thought that is not of God and I'm fille...

LightWord: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6 NIV God said do not worry, so you shouldn't. Listen, anytime you worry about anything, you've simply doubt God's power on such thing. For instance, if you are anxious of returning home safely of any journey; That means you've doubt God's power and faithfulness for His protection over your life. Psl.121:7-8 . So, do not worry says the Lord, it's for your good, it's for your peace, and it's to retain your joy. Men and brethren, it's possible not to worry of anything. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You for Your assurance and possibility of me having zero worry all the days of my life. Lord, give me grace to be who You've said I can be in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6 NIV I was in the Bible Study some years ago where the question was raised, is it possible as humans not to worry at all? Let's get the answer from our Lord Jesus Christ himself; in Matt.6:25-31 He explained clearly on what we humans do worrying about, simply the cares of this life. I have hardly seen anyone anxious about getting to heaven, sometimes, not even the preachers. Jesus is saying to us here not to worry about anything, and if He mean we shouldn't worry about anything, then He is able to take care of everything for us ( 1Pet.5:7 ). Say this to yourself: Father I ask for Your forgiveness in every areas of my life that I have doubted Your power. You are more than able to take care of my life, today I surrender all to You, take over completely and I receive Your peace Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6 NIV As a matter of fact, so many are in danger of anxiety today but they never know. To be anxious according to the health organization means to be excessively worried; another meaning is to be fearful of the unknown. Anxiety can also mean to be overwhelmed by the uncertainty of life, thinking too much on such things. It simply means the absence of peace. Being anxious is dangerous, not only that, it is also destructive and it's against the will of the Father. Anxiety is a joy killer. Say this to yourself: Thank You Lord for the understanding of Your Word. Every seed of worry planted in me to take away my peace and destroy my joy, thank You Father because it's been destroyed now in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6 NIV In this new series, I would like to share God's Word with you on how to deal with one of the greatest enemies of peace, ease and joy in the life of a believer. Our focal Scripture of today says we shouldn't be anxious. First, what does it mean to be anxious? This is a big question right here. I personally believe that until you have a clear understanding of a thing you may not have the solution to that thing. Say this to yourself: Thank You Father for the light of Your Word that is about to illuminate my life again that I might walk in the perfect will of God for my life. Lord, give me understanding in Jesus' name. Amen!
