To launch into that business, to propose to that beautiful wise lady, to obtain the form for that professional examination, to pick a date for that glorious wedding, and to do that good thing; Perhaps God is just waiting for you to first take that bold step. I'm here to also encourage you today to take action and stop keep God waiting. I see something tremendous happening in your life this year. Say this to yourself: Thank You Jesus because by Your Word I move, and as I do, this is my confidence that You get my back and I am living a new life now in Jesus' name. Amen!

Sometimes, we wrap and present our excuses in a manner that seems reasonable but not; We say to ourselves and to people around us, it's because it's not yet God's time. Whereas, we are just fooling ourselves. God's time does not mean it will always be late . God is always right on time. Perhaps He's waiting for you to take action. Say this to yourself: Thank You Jesus because I am taking the step now in accordance to Your plan for my life this year, I am moving upwardly with a force that cannot be resist in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.” Mark 5:27 Note of warning, while taking the action required for your change of story, it may look stupid to people around you, it may even seem unreasonable to yourself, so it was with the woman in the Scripture. But you just go ahead and take the step anyway and your breakthrough is at the door. And maybe, you're already taking the required action and nothing is changing yet, instead of you to quit, would you do it again just like this man cried out once more and then got it finally. Mark 10:48-49 Say this to yourself: Father thank You because it might not make sense to others and even to me but I won't quit taking the steps I needed to take for a great transformation in my life this year in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.” Mark 5:27, 29 See, this woman that it was as if nothing good can happen to her no more, nothing around her was of help, but she had a changed of mind and took action. Scripture says she came from behind in the crowd. She became very determined to press in regardless of her weakness. And that was it, that year became her year of new beginning of a new fresh life. Friend, don't be deceived, nobody will/can take action for you, you have to take it yourself. Will you? Say this to yourself: Father, thank You because You are working in me both to will and to do of Your good pleasure. In Your strength I'm taking the necessary action this year without no hesitation in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “For she kept saying, If I only touch His garments, I shall be restored to health.” Mark 5:28 AMPC So, the woman in the Scripture above, has been in pain and agony for twelve (12) solid years, not until a time, probably a new year with a new mindset that no, things cannot continue like this, I must have a change of story. The Bible says, she said to herself. The original hebrew word there means, she has been saying over and over again in her heart; what does that mean? it means she was deleting her old mindset and creating a new one. After that, she took the necessary action and she was made whole immediately . Say this to yourself: Thank You Lord for giving me a new mindset. Holy Spirit I ask for Your help to now take the necessary required action to see my change of position this year and for ever in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “For she kept saying, If I only touch His garments, I shall be restored to health.” Mark 5:28 AMPC After the force of mind renewing has taken place, another force that needs to be enforced in order to experience the new you in this new year is the force of "TAKING REQUIRED POSITIVE ACTION ". In our focal Scripture of today, the Bible talks about the story of a woman with the issue of blood, nothing around her was of help, not her family, the doctors, her society, even the religions called her unclean. But it doesn't end there. Say this to yourself: Thank You Lord for giving me a new mindset. Holy Spirit help me to see beyond my present condition to a greater position You have in plan for me this year in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind...” Romans 12:2 In experiencing a new you, this you must remember, we can only take charge of the things we see around us via the things we can't see within us: the spiritual controls the physical. Yes, you can jump start that business. Yes, you can further your education. Yes, that dream job is possible. Yes, your wedding day is fixed this year and so on. All you need is to keep deepening your knowledge in the Word, so as to keep boosting your morale in the world. Phil. 4:13 Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because I know that with the confidence I now have in Your Word, all things are possible for me this year and beyond in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind...” Romans 12:2 I'm glad to tell you that that creativity mindset is in you! That possibility mindset is in you! But sometimes you really need some force to back you up, you need something to speak life into you that "Yes You Can". You need the Word of God to renew your mind that you can be transformed! Jesus says the Word that He speaks to us are spirit and life ( John 6:63 ). When our mind is changed through His Word, we will be able to recognize and maximize every chances and opportunities that destiny brings unto us. Say this to yourself: Thank You Jesus because all things are possible for me this year. There is no more hindrances. I have the back up of God! I'm experiencing new life from now in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.” Romans 8:6 Your thought is very powerful simply because it is the engine room that controls your life. A.Paul says in ( Romans 8:6 ) that to experience death, or to experience life and peace are all from your mind. I can guarantee you that a spiritual solution can best treat your mind correctly . Our God is limitless, nothing is impossible with Him. And is it because He is God? Yes, yet, also because of His own mindset: His mind reads possibilities to all things. Say this to yourself: Lord, grant me the grace to have a new mind in line with You to experience a new life starting from now in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Proverbs 4:23 NIV See, the renewing of mind cannot be overemphasized when it comes to newness of life. Why? Because that is the genesis of it all. Our focal Scripture of today says you should guide it above anything else. King James version says, “keep your heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” Everything we experience breakout first from our mind. The Message translation of the same Scripture says, “that's where life starts. Selah!” Say this to yourself: Father, heal my mind! Heal my mind! Heal my mind! Good God have mercy that my destiny may not be aborted again this year in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come!” 2 Corinthians 5:17 AMPC You have to let go of old behaviours, old ways, old thinking, old perspectives, old mentality, old attitude and characters, everything old must go from off your mind and create more space for a new mind .  What do you do if your phone memory is full and you have an important application to download? You simply delete the old/unwanted files for the new app. Do the same in your mind today. And you will begin to experience freshness of a new you. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You for the grace to renew my mind. Today by Your help, I'm thoroughly deleting every old mindset of mine that can hinder me from being a success at the end of this year in Jesus' name. Amen!

I believe this is your year to experience the newness of life, therefore you must make a decision to take full advantage of it. Haven't you heard that nothing just happened? Yes, nothing just happened in life, you make it happen! Therefore, to have a new mind, there must be a replacement of the old within you. You just have to let go of the old. Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because by the help of Your Spirit this year and even now, I'm letting go of the old in me creating a space for newness of life in Jesus' name. Amen!

He was as good as new.” 2 Kings 5:14 MSG What does the newness of life mean? The man Bahman Ghobadi says “I used to believe that people are only born once, but now I feel I have been reborn, like I was given a new life. I see myself as a child, full of energy and hope.” The truth is that, New Years will keep coming and going, there won't be any new experiences, it will just be the same old stories, until something is new within you. The only thing to regulate change and time is renewing your mind. Very important! Say this to yourself: Father I thank You for the understanding of times and seasons, and its in me now to make it new this season and never to waste it. So help me God in Jesus' name. Amen!

He was as good as new.” 2 Kings 5:14 MSG If you are determined not to live in this year like the previous, then you must be ready to completely have an internal shift. The man Naaman in our focal Scripture of today experienced the newness of life simply by doing what it takes ( 2 Kings 5:1-15 ). Your possessions, position, education qualifications have nothing to do with the newness of life. Naaman was such a great man but until he took the steps required of him. He would have died in his old life! You don't have to remain in your old life this year, there is more for you; give it what it takes. Say this to yourself: Father I thank You for I know that all power belongs to You. Even if I'm not willing to change to see the changes You've planned for me this year, just by Your power, cause me ...

LightWord: “Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.” Matthew 9:17 Do you want this year to be your best year ever? Do you want to live a better life this year? Do you want to see a better you? Do you want to experience a new you? Then, for this to be, you must have a new mindset, because nothing changes until your mind is changed. It all really begins from your mind. Another definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. You can't be going backward and still be expecting to move forward, something had to be changed. That's your mind! Say this to yourself: Thank You Father, the unchangeable changer. Release upon my life even now the grace to completely have a change of mind, a new mind in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.” Matthew 9:17 With the parable of our Lord Jesus in the above Scripture, it means to see anything new in this new year, it all begins from your mind. Your mind represents the bottle that Jesus is referring to. There must be a shift in your mind, a new perspective, a new way of viewing things before anything new can really occur to you: else it will be the same as the past years, or even get more frustrated than the previous years. A new beginning starts from within. Say this to yourself: Father of heaven, the Renewer of souls and mind, today I pray You oh God to renew my mind, give me a new mind, a sound mind to live a sound life in this year and beyond in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.” Matthew 9:17 In the parable of our Lord Jesus in our focal Scripture, He says men do not put new wine into old bottles: else both the bottles and the wine will be good for nothing: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are fulfilled (Paraphrased) . Those that say something to your mind? It should, because we see how important it is not only to have new wine but also to have new bottles for the new wine, else it will make no difference , or at worse, causes great disaster. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You because this year will make all the difference in my life and in all my endeavor as I change my mindset anew in Jesus' name. Amen!

Yes, it does happen, simply because such people never understand how to maximize the new year for their new beginning. To maximize a new year in one's life, Let me start with this powerful word that will really get you engaged in whatever it takes to really make the most of it. First, you must know that it is not the movement of the clock that produces the newness of life nor the change in figure of the calendar. It is the movement in your mind . Say this to yourself: Thank You Father for Your Word in season. Lord, I really want to experience the newness of life, by Your power, help me to change every old bottles of my life that may makes all my effort unproduct...

LightWord: “And He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” Also He said, “Write, for these words are faithful and true [they are accurate, incorruptible, and trustworthy].”” REVELATION 21:5 AMP Isn't it surprising that we are already on the sixth (6th) day of the new year? That's how swiftly the year is running. But you must be sincere to yourself, the way the year is going, "has anything or will anything really change for me?" Do you have it in mind of experiencing the newness of life? Don't be deceived believing we still have a long way to go. No! That's the work of the devil. Yet do not panic, anything can still happen if you choose to make it happen. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You once again for the year 2026. Thank You for Your plans and purpose for my life this year and thank You because all things will definitely be new for me in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “By faith, we see the world called into existence by God's word, what we see created by what we don't see.”   Hebrew 11:3 MSG Words create worlds. This simple truth is ageless and constant; whether you are conscious of it or not, it is true. The same thing is found in Proverbs 18:21 (NIV) The tongue has the power of life and death. Every thing God can do is contained in His Word. So also everything you will ever become is contained in your words. What makes it so much powerful is when your words are rooted in the Word of God. It can never fail. God's Word is far differs from every other word of man, it is so sure to create the exact thing you say. Numbers 23:19 Say this to yourself: Thank You Father, for Your Word in my words is enough for me to create my world this year. Therefore by Your Word I declare I am Light, I am a Success, I am Great, I am a Victor and never a victim in Jesus' name. Amen!
