LightWord: “...but the people who [are spiritually mature and] know their God will display strength and take action [to resist].” Daniel 11:32 AMP Knowing your God and what He can do in order for your joy to be overflowing has to do with your spiritual maturity. And maturity in the Spirit has nothing to do with age. For instance, the three Hebrew men that were challenged with burning furnace fire were young teenagers, but yet there were matured enough to keep their joy full by knowing their God and what He can do. Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because I am mature in You from today. I refuse to remain a baby in the things of the Spirit in Jesus' name. Amen!

And another thing to do for your joy to keep overflowing is to know your God and what He can do. Knowing your God gives you hope and assurance, knowing what He can do boost up your confidence in life; the two equivalent to inexplicable joy. Scripture says, by doing so, you will take advantage of anything that comes your way. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You for who You are and what You can do, in this I have the everlasting joy of the Holy Ghost in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” John 1:1 To be out of the presence of God is to run out of joy. The third significant notice is, if the presence of God is no longer with someone. Such people will never flow with the Word of God anymore. The Word carries God's presence because God himself is the Word. So if someone is finding it difficult to read, study or meditate God's Word or to believe and obey the Word, it's a sign that the presence of God is fading out. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You because Your presence determines my joy to its fullness, help me Holy Spirit never to be out of the LORD's presence in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “But You are holy, O You Who dwell in [the holy place where] the praises of Israel [are offered].” Psalm 22:3 AMPC Yes, there is nothing like the presence of God; because it is in His presence your joy can be overflowing continuously. So, you have to stay there in the presence of God. Now, just like I said earlier, the second great signal that shows you are no longer in the presence of God is, when you find it difficult to genuinely worship and praise God personally or cooperatively. Know you not that God's presence is with genuine praisers. Say this to yourself: Father, I choose to stay in Your presence for the rest of my life, help me to be a genuine praiser all my life in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “...in thy presence is fulness of joy.” Psalm 16:11 Staying in the presence of God makes your joy continually full to the level of overflowing. It surrounds you with a heavenly atmosphere. You enjoy heaven on earth. Some times ago, one of my daughter in the Lord asked me, how can you know the presence of God is no longer with you? Here is what I told her, first, you won't have the peace of the joy of the Lord again, because His presence is what gives you peace and joy (not only happiness). Say this to yourself: Father, thank You for Your presence that is always with me, may I never be out of Your presence in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” Psalm 16:11 To experience the fullness of joy in your life, that in any given situation your joy is still intact not leaking or reducing, then you must do the following: First, stay in the presence of God. Scripture makes us understand clearly that, it's in the presence of God you can have the fullness of joy and even with pleasure not for a while but forever. Say this to yourself: Thank You Jesus for giving me the fullness of joy in Your presence. Please Father, take not Your presence away from me in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap...” Luke 6:38 NLT Explosion of joy is what you experience when your joy overflows . Wow! What a great experience. Living such a life like this is such a wonderful lifestyle.  I pray may you live your life in the fullness of the joy of the Lord. Amen! The truth is, as long as you're a child of God, you have the spirit of joy in you. Yet, to experience the fullness of joy, there is what you must do. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You for Your Spirit of joy in me, I pray You help me by the Holy Spirit to know and to understand what it takes for my joy to always be full in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap...” Luke 6:38 NLT I've explained to you in this series some of what joy means, now, what about overflow? The Scripture above paints the picture of what overflow looks like. Overflow means when something is full to the brim and then running over . What happens when these two mighty forces (Joy and Overflow) now come together? That is, when someone's joy now overflows? That's an explosion of joy. Say this to yourself: Father, I give You praise for You will fill my heart with joy overflow from now till forever in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy...” Galatians 5:22 Joy is a spirit and that's what makes it different from happiness. Once you have the spirit of God, which is love; don't you forget that God is love. So, when you have the spirit of God, you have the spirit of joy in you. And that doesn't give time for downtime, no, the spirit of joy doesn't give time for sadness and depression . It's the joy of the Lord in you that keeps you strong at all time. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You for releasing Your spirit into me. I receive the spirit of joy and henceforth, no time for downtime again in my life in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy...” Galatians 5:22 Joy is a spirit and it's from within; no matter what is going on in the physical, joy is still pumping and bubbling in you . In other words, you have a car or not yet, you have a house or not yet, You are married or still single, you are still joyful. You just know it, it's an instinct. You have peace in you, the joy is there, knowing fully well that God is up to something better, glorious in your life. Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because no matter what is going on in my life right now, my joy is still intact and I won't lose my joy in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “...The nights of crying your eyes out give way to days of laughter.” Psalm 30:5b MSG Joy and happiness are not the same. Happiness is based on the happenings, things that happen around you. For instance, when you buy a car, you build a house,. When you get married etc., then you feel good with all these happenings, you're happy. But joy is a spirit and it's always from within . That means, it doesn't matter what is going on on the outside, you're still joyful. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You because today I receive the spirit of joy which the devil will never take away from me for ever and ever in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “...The nights of crying your eyes out give way to days of laughter.” Psalm 30:5b MSG Weeping may endure for a night says the Scripture, but that is not the end of the story; joy comes in the morning. I decree and declare your morning time has come, joy has come! Anything that looks like sorrow, pain, weeping is gone for life. And I want you to understand the difference between joy and happiness; despite the fact that, happiness is one of the expressions of joy, yet they are not on the same level. Say this to yourself: Thank You Jesus for joy comes in the morning and here comes my morning time. It's my season to celebrate and be celebrated in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “...The nights of crying your eyes out give way to days of laughter.” Psalm 30:5b MSG Just as the night time looks so long for those who experienced sleepless nights, in the same vein, going through pain, being in sorrow and weeping may look so much longer than usual to you. When you are going through one challenge or the other, it might be as if it will last forever but when joy comes, that puts the total end to pain and sorrow . Scripture says, the nights of crying your eyes out give way to days of laughter. Say this to yourself: Father thank You because here comes my days of LAUGHTER and JOY today, I decree no more sorrow, pain nor weeping in my life in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” Psalm 30:5 Scripture says weeping may endure for a night, and I think I should help someone understand that better; for instance, as fast and quick as the night time might seems., Only for those who have the gift and grace of sleeping and waking up at the appropriate time. But ask those who experienced sleepless nights, they will tell you the night season actually looks longer than usual to them. Say this to yourself: Thank You Jesus because it doesn't matter how long I have been weeping, I know according to Your Word my joy has come today in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them.” Psalm 126:2 Another meaning of joy is that, joy is a replacement for sorrow . In other words, no matter how long someone has been sorrowful, weeping bitterly, once joy comes, guess what happens? Sorrow has no choice but to pack its luggage and leave, weeping and bitterness has to cease on an immediate; because an overtaker has come and that is Master Joy! Say this to yourself: Thank You Jesus for turning my sorrow into joy, my weeping into laughter. Indeed, it's my season of LAUGHTER because Master Joy is come into my life in Jesus' name. Amen! Hallelujah!!

LightWord: “Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them.” Psalm 126:2 I believe in God so strongly that as you read and meditate with this new series, then God will not only make you laugh, but also make the nations of the earth to see and confirm the goodness of God in your life. Among others, joy means an excitement, to rejoice, to be glad, to be cheerful . Scripture says in Psalm 32:11 Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, you righteous: and shout for joy. Say this to yourself: Thank You Almighty Father for filling my mouth with LAUGHTER of joy and songs of victory in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “...His favor is for a lifetime...” Psalm 30:5 AMP Have this in mind that God is your Vindicator. And it’s just a matter of time before things change in your favor. Hebrews 10:35 says, “Don’t cast away your confidence.” One translation says “payday is coming.” In the difficult times, you have to remind yourself that payday is on the way! God is a faithful God. If you’ll keep doing the right thing, praising Him, honoring Him and expecting His favor, God promises that He will help you. He will restore everything in your life that the enemy has stolen. Always know you have the advantage! Say this yourself: Father, thank You for Your grace, mercy and everlasting favor. I open my heart and mind to You and receive everything You have for me. Thank You for helping me in every area of my life in Jesus’ name. Amen!

LightWord: “...His favor is for a lifetime...” Psalm 30:5 AMP One definition of the word “favor” is an advantage for success. When you put God first, when you obey His commands, you open the door for His favor which means you have the advantage for success! Even if someone may have wronged you and it looks like they have the upper hand, even if it looks like things are never going to change, keep reminding yourself, I have an advantage . God is in control of my destiny. He’s fighting my battles for me. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You because with You on my side, I have the advantage, I will always win in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 He promised us - eternal life, John 3:16, 1 John 2:25, Titus 1:2 . Some think this is life after death. But this life begins even now as soon as you believe Him, and this life will be forever, Rom.6:23 . You enjoy the abundance of life now and forever in JESUS CHRIST , John 10:10.  That's why He lived, suffered, died and rose again for you! Do you know everything Jesus did, He did for you? The resurrection is made necessary because of you. Yes it's for you! Today, now, and from now on. What a life! And it's a life to share. Say this to yourself: Lord Jesus, what a life You've given! What a love You have for me! I'm forever grateful. Teach me to share this life, this unfeigned love with others in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love is strong as death.” Song of Solomon 8:6a Understand this simple truth that love is as strong as death. For God so loved the world, He gave His only begotten Son; He didn't come to have fun in the world, but primarily for the world's Salvation which involves death. So, to love is to die in it. Jesus Christ came to the world on a mission of love for you and I . What an unquantifiable love! Glory!! That gives us the cause to celebrate the Good Friday <today> even though it was a terrible, painful and sorrowful day for Him(Jesus) but love is just as strong as death. Say this to yourself : JESUS, oh how You love me. I realized you died just for me because You loved me. Thank You Jesus for loving me; I will love You more and more and more everyday of my life, so help me God in Jesus' name. Amen!
