CHANGE IS POSSIBLE! Part 23

LightWord:

“So that you will not be [spiritually] sluggish, but [will instead be] imitators of those who through faith [lean on God with absolute trust and confidence in Him and in His power] and by patient endurance [even when suffering] are [now] inheriting the promises.” Hebrews 6:12 AMP


If you will agree with me, every man or woman of faith is proved by their patience. No wonder the book of Isaiah 28:16 says, “...I lay in Zion a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.” Your change is extremely possible: but if truly you believe in God for that change, then you must be patient.


Being impatient makes one take a wrong step and have a miserable end. I once heard in a marriage seminar that it's better you stay single believing God to get married to the right partner, than to rush-in and rush-out (definitely), and now start all over again. The teacher said, by the time you sum up the years you'll discovered you've spent twice of the time you ought to have actually waited.


Say this to yourself: Father, I believe Your time is the best time for me. I lean not on my own understanding, but I put my all trust in You, and I know that I shall not be ashamed in Jesus' name. Amen!

CHANGE IS POSSIBLE!

LightWord: “But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26 As it is popularly said “change is constant” which simply means there is nothing that cannot change. But until a man is changed, he cannot be changed and only a changed man can change the world . Everybody wants a change but to change is the difficulty. Now, except if a man has a strong desire to change, he won't change. It is said in physics that everything remains in a stagnant position until a force is being applied. There are required principles to follow in order to enforce the desired change. Yet change is possible! Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because with You my change is possible in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.” Job 14:14 By redemption we have been ordained by God to be the light of the world, illuminating everywhere and changing the world for better Matt.5:14-16. But just as it is written in Part 1 of this series that only a changed person can change the world. You cannot be the light when you yourself is stumbling in darkness . Just as the case of Esau, where his mother hated him, his brother cheated on him by trick, his father cursed him (Gen.27) , just as if the whole world has turned upside down for him, yet he desired a change and he experienced a great turnaround. Likewise the man called Job; everybody saw an end for him in his tribulations but he kept on seeing a change with strong desire ( Job 14:14 ) and at last he was blessed beyond measure. See Job 42:12-17 . Say this to yourself: Lord, no matter what people think or say about me, no matter what they see around me
