THE ONLY SUFFICIENT THING! Part 3

 LightWord:

“Do not get drunk with wine, for that is wickedness (corruption, stupidity), but be filled with the [Holy] Spirit and constantly guided by Him.” EPHESIANS 5:18 AMP


Can the Holy Spirit be sufficient once received after conversion? Though the Holy Spirit is the number one need of a Christian, in which without, a Christian is nothing but an empty vessel. Yet if it were to be the Holy Spirit that is sufficient for one in the journey of life;


Then there won't be a need to be filled with the Holy Spirit and be constantly guided by Him just as the Scripture says. Therefore, it is evidence that once we are not constantly asking for the filling up of the Holy Spirit, then the evil spirit can be a replacement even without knowing. (1Samuel 16:14)


Say this to yourself: Lord Jesus, let not Your Spirit depart from me. Fill me up always with the Holy Spirit as I surrender myself to His leading, guidance and instructions now and forever in Jesus' name. Amen!

CHANGE IS POSSIBLE!

LightWord: “But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26 As it is popularly said “change is constant” which simply means there is nothing that cannot change. But until a man is changed, he cannot be changed and only a changed man can change the world . Everybody wants a change but to change is the difficulty. Now, except if a man has a strong desire to change, he won't change. It is said in physics that everything remains in a stagnant position until a force is being applied. There are required principles to follow in order to enforce the desired change. Yet change is possible! Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because with You my change is possible in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.” Job 14:14 By redemption we have been ordained by God to be the light of the world, illuminating everywhere and changing the world for better Matt.5:14-16. But just as it is written in Part 1 of this series that only a changed person can change the world. You cannot be the light when you yourself is stumbling in darkness . Just as the case of Esau, where his mother hated him, his brother cheated on him by trick, his father cursed him (Gen.27) , just as if the whole world has turned upside down for him, yet he desired a change and he experienced a great turnaround. Likewise the man called Job; everybody saw an end for him in his tribulations but he kept on seeing a change with strong desire ( Job 14:14 ) and at last he was blessed beyond measure. See Job 42:12-17 . Say this to yourself: Lord, no matter what people think or say about me, no matter what they see around me
