THE ONLY SUFFICIENT THING - Part 20

“Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,” 2 Peter 1:2


My quick discovery of grace get me recover very early in life. I'm not just telling you theories but the reality I'm experiencing as well. There is nothing that is so special about me, no extra skills, nothing, but the grace of God has made me today and still making me because it is sufficient for me.


Once you have a genuine, heartfelt encounter with grace, it's always sufficient. According to our focal Scripture of today, it shows you can run out of the covering of grace or abuse the power thereof by doing nothing with the grace.Nothing of value is ever free, you have to pay the price through your unquenching thirst to know more of God. In doing so, the grace will keep multiplying, performing his wonders.


Say this to yourself: Oh Lord, I want more of You, deepen my understanding in knowing You the more and the work of Your grace that I may be a bona fide product of Your grace, running the race of life with ease. Thank You Lord! In Jesus' name. Amen!

CHANGE IS POSSIBLE!

LightWord: “But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26 As it is popularly said “change is constant” which simply means there is nothing that cannot change. But until a man is changed, he cannot be changed and only a changed man can change the world . Everybody wants a change but to change is the difficulty. Now, except if a man has a strong desire to change, he won't change. It is said in physics that everything remains in a stagnant position until a force is being applied. There are required principles to follow in order to enforce the desired change. Yet change is possible! Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because with You my change is possible in Jesus' name. Amen!

CHANGE IS POSSIBLE! Part 4

LightWord: “If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.” Job 14:14 By redemption we have been ordained by God to be the light of the world, illuminating everywhere and changing the world for better Matt.5:14-16. But just as it is written in Part 1 of this series that only a changed person can change the world. You cannot be the light when you yourself is stumbling in darkness . Just as the case of Esau, where his mother hated him, his brother cheated on him by trick, his father cursed him (Gen.27) , just as if the whole world has turned upside down for him, yet he desired a change and he experienced a great turnaround. Likewise the man called Job; everybody saw an end for him in his tribulations but he kept on seeing a change with strong desire ( Job 14:14 ) and at last he was blessed beyond measure. See Job 42:12-17 . Say this to yourself: Lord, no matter what people think or say about me, no matter what they see around me
