SEASON OF REST! Part 10

 LightWord:

“Accept my teaching. Learn from me. I am gentle and humble in spirit. And you will be able to get some rest. Yes, the teaching that I ask you to accept is easy. The load I give you to carry is light.” Matthew 11:29-30 ERV


Now, here is the secret, being willing to learn from God first gives you a cover from any unrest situations, then that you are obedient to His teaching guarantees your experience of real rest in Him. 


Scripture says, if you be willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land (Isaiah 1:19). Regardless of the uncertainty and unrest in the world, once you are willing and obedient to His ways and instructions, as for you it shall be full of rest.


Say this to yourself: Father, I confess I am ready and willing to accept Your teachings and even to obey them that my soul might be full of rest all the days of my life in Jesus' name. Amen!

CHANGE IS POSSIBLE!

LightWord: “But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26 As it is popularly said “change is constant” which simply means there is nothing that cannot change. But until a man is changed, he cannot be changed and only a changed man can change the world . Everybody wants a change but to change is the difficulty. Now, except if a man has a strong desire to change, he won't change. It is said in physics that everything remains in a stagnant position until a force is being applied. There are required principles to follow in order to enforce the desired change. Yet change is possible! Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because with You my change is possible in Jesus' name. Amen!

CHANGE IS POSSIBLE! Part 4

LightWord: “If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.” Job 14:14 By redemption we have been ordained by God to be the light of the world, illuminating everywhere and changing the world for better Matt.5:14-16. But just as it is written in Part 1 of this series that only a changed person can change the world. You cannot be the light when you yourself is stumbling in darkness . Just as the case of Esau, where his mother hated him, his brother cheated on him by trick, his father cursed him (Gen.27) , just as if the whole world has turned upside down for him, yet he desired a change and he experienced a great turnaround. Likewise the man called Job; everybody saw an end for him in his tribulations but he kept on seeing a change with strong desire ( Job 14:14 ) and at last he was blessed beyond measure. See Job 42:12-17 . Say this to yourself: Lord, no matter what people think or say about me, no matter what they see around me
