Empowered By The Word! Part 23

LightWord:

“Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.” Luke 8:11‭,15


I like to say, those that received 100folds result in the parable of the seed have no special skills, Jesus says with readiness of heart they received the word and work the word and they became wonder to their world (see Luke 8:4-15).


Is that noted? You must be ready to receive God's Word,and not only that but be ready to do whatsoever the Word says, this is by not being a forgetful hearer but by putting to action every Word in your direction; that is how to work the Word out.


Say this to yourself: Thank You Father for Your Word and the empowerment therein. From today I receive grace to put to work everything Your Word says concerning me in Jesus' name. Amen!

CHANGE IS POSSIBLE!

LightWord: “But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26 As it is popularly said “change is constant” which simply means there is nothing that cannot change. But until a man is changed, he cannot be changed and only a changed man can change the world . Everybody wants a change but to change is the difficulty. Now, except if a man has a strong desire to change, he won't change. It is said in physics that everything remains in a stagnant position until a force is being applied. There are required principles to follow in order to enforce the desired change. Yet change is possible! Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because with You my change is possible in Jesus' name. Amen!

CHANGE IS POSSIBLE! Part 4

LightWord: “If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.” Job 14:14 By redemption we have been ordained by God to be the light of the world, illuminating everywhere and changing the world for better Matt.5:14-16. But just as it is written in Part 1 of this series that only a changed person can change the world. You cannot be the light when you yourself is stumbling in darkness . Just as the case of Esau, where his mother hated him, his brother cheated on him by trick, his father cursed him (Gen.27) , just as if the whole world has turned upside down for him, yet he desired a change and he experienced a great turnaround. Likewise the man called Job; everybody saw an end for him in his tribulations but he kept on seeing a change with strong desire ( Job 14:14 ) and at last he was blessed beyond measure. See Job 42:12-17 . Say this to yourself: Lord, no matter what people think or say about me, no matter what they see around me
