Expect What You Request! Part 2

LightWord:

“...at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, that the rain stop thee not. And it came to pass in the mean while, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was a great rain...” 1Kings18:44-45


Never pray again without believing in the God that answers prayer. All you desire this year, you will acquire but you must pray with strong expectation. Prayer without expectation is praying in frustration; 


Because it takes faith for prayer to deliver. For faith is the substance of things expected, the evidence of things not seen. Where there is expectation, manifestation is inevitable. Elijah was expectant and God fulfilled his expectation. He will fulfill yours too.


Say this to yourself: Father I believe You can do all things including my heart's desires even now, let not my expectation be cut off in Jesus' name. Amen!

CHANGE IS POSSIBLE!

LightWord: “But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26 As it is popularly said “change is constant” which simply means there is nothing that cannot change. But until a man is changed, he cannot be changed and only a changed man can change the world . Everybody wants a change but to change is the difficulty. Now, except if a man has a strong desire to change, he won't change. It is said in physics that everything remains in a stagnant position until a force is being applied. There are required principles to follow in order to enforce the desired change. Yet change is possible! Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because with You my change is possible in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.” Job 14:14 By redemption we have been ordained by God to be the light of the world, illuminating everywhere and changing the world for better Matt.5:14-16. But just as it is written in Part 1 of this series that only a changed person can change the world. You cannot be the light when you yourself is stumbling in darkness . Just as the case of Esau, where his mother hated him, his brother cheated on him by trick, his father cursed him (Gen.27) , just as if the whole world has turned upside down for him, yet he desired a change and he experienced a great turnaround. Likewise the man called Job; everybody saw an end for him in his tribulations but he kept on seeing a change with strong desire ( Job 14:14 ) and at last he was blessed beyond measure. See Job 42:12-17 . Say this to yourself: Lord, no matter what people think or say about me, no matter what they see around me
