THE WORKING FAITH! Part 12

“And said to his servant, Go up now, look toward the sea. And he went up, and looked, and said, There is nothing. And he said, Go again seven times.” 1 Kings 18:43


Although you might have pleaded months after months without evidence of response, it is not possible that the Lord should be deaf when His people are serious about a matter that concerns His glory.


The prophet on the top of Carmel continued to wrestle with God and never for a moment gave way to the fear that he would not be suited for Jehovah's courts. Six times the servant returned, but on each occasion no word was spoken but “Go again.”


Say this to yourself: Father, thank You because I will never quit nor give up till You make me a praise for Your glory in Jesus' name. Amen!

Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because as I'm serving You, I'm confirmed Your favorite from today and I'm favored in all my ways in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.” Matthew 23:11 Scripture says in Mark 10vs45 “for even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve...” Serve who? To serve others. So, to be like Jesus is to put on a servanthood garment and serving others. The word of God makes it clear that Jesus didn't come from heaven to the earth in order to be ordained as the Chieftainship of Nazareth, no! but to be a servant, giving his life as a ransom for many. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You for this knowledge coming across my way. Please give me the understanding of Your Word so as to walk in the reality of this greatness in Jesus' name. Amen!
