THIS YEAR! Part 10

LightWord:

“And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.” Isaiah 30:21


Someone once said, another meaning of insanity is to keep doing the same thing same way and expect a different outcome. It can't just work! If you will agree with me, one of the major things that causes frustration and sometimes leads to depression at the end of the year is,


when most of our goals or resolutions written at the beginning of the year never get accomplished. Simply because they were written out of ambition and without the Holy Spirit direction. Don't give room for that again this year, no need to rush, just patiently wait for the leading of the Holy Spirit.


Say this to yourself: Father, I wait for Your Spirit, to reveal to me the way to my fulfillment this year. I refuse to do things again my way. My inner ears are open to Your instructions, and just as You lead me, I will follow in Jesus' name. Amen!

It's Great To Serve God! Part 9

LightWord: “I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him.” Psalm 89:20 You can be a layman and still be a bonafide servant of the most high God. It is not necessary you wait till you are ordained as a pastor or an evangelist, or as of any title before you can serve God or before your services to Him can be acceptable. A confirmed original servant of God simply means anyone engaged in serving God. Do you know Job wasn't a pastor neither a prophet? Yet, God was proud and bold of him. God said to the devil have you noticed Job my servant Job 1:8 , David was just a king but he served God and became God's favorite. ( See Ps. 89:20-38 ). With God, ordination doesn't come before service but vice-versa. Just serve God as you are, everywhere you can and become God's favorite. Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because as I'm serving You, I'm confirmed Your favorite from today and I'm favored in all my ways in Jesus' name. Amen!

HE'S RISEN!

If God can do this for us not sparing His own Son, According to Romans 8:32 , whatsoever good you desire from the Lord, today I decree freely and with ease it is done. I pray none of the blessings that comes with our redemption from Revelation 5:12 will elude you. Say this to yourself: Thank You Jesus for what You did for me on the cross, and because You are alive, I know I am alive for ever more in Jesus' name. Amen!
