Rejoice Evermore!

“Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.” Philippians 3:1


What do you do? When you are feeling low and depressed. What do you do? When things happen just exactly the opposite of what you are expecting. What do you do? When sometimes it seems like things are working alright in one area of your life but somehow the devil just shows up on the other side and beats you a lot.


What do you do? When you lose your job. When your car gets burnt and everybody has celebrated with you. What do you do probably even when your relationship/homes breaks up; you suffer a divorce. You tried all you could and it just didn't work out. Such is life, yet the Word of God says count it all for joy. Rejoice evermore! (James 1:2)


Say this to yourself: Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, I give You praise for the gifts of life because only the living can praise You. Thank You Jesus!

It's Great To Serve God! Part 9

LightWord: “I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him.” Psalm 89:20 You can be a layman and still be a bonafide servant of the most high God. It is not necessary you wait till you are ordained as a pastor or an evangelist, or as of any title before you can serve God or before your services to Him can be acceptable. A confirmed original servant of God simply means anyone engaged in serving God. Do you know Job wasn't a pastor neither a prophet? Yet, God was proud and bold of him. God said to the devil have you noticed Job my servant Job 1:8 , David was just a king but he served God and became God's favorite. ( See Ps. 89:20-38 ). With God, ordination doesn't come before service but vice-versa. Just serve God as you are, everywhere you can and become God's favorite. Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because as I'm serving You, I'm confirmed Your favorite from today and I'm favored in all my ways in Jesus' name. Amen!
