How to Pray! Part 10

LightWord:

“For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.” Matthew 6:13


Finally in your prayers the Lord Jesus said you should Rejoice and reflect. “For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.” Celebrate what God has done in your life, and look for ways to worship Him throughout your day.


Knowing fully well that He is the God that has all what it takes to answer every prayer. Then, spend a few minutes reflecting on this time with God. What has He shown you? As prayer is not made to be a monologue but a dialogue with your Creator (God).


Say this to yourself: Father, I am so confident of this very thing that You answer prayers and You have done mine and will continue to answer my prayers to the glory of Your name in Jesus' name. Amen!

It's Great To Serve God! Part 9

LightWord: “I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him.” Psalm 89:20 You can be a layman and still be a bonafide servant of the most high God. It is not necessary you wait till you are ordained as a pastor or an evangelist, or as of any title before you can serve God or before your services to Him can be acceptable. A confirmed original servant of God simply means anyone engaged in serving God. Do you know Job wasn't a pastor neither a prophet? Yet, God was proud and bold of him. God said to the devil have you noticed Job my servant Job 1:8 , David was just a king but he served God and became God's favorite. ( See Ps. 89:20-38 ). With God, ordination doesn't come before service but vice-versa. Just serve God as you are, everywhere you can and become God's favorite. Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because as I'm serving You, I'm confirmed Your favorite from today and I'm favored in all my ways in Jesus' name. Amen!
