THE ONLY SUFFICIENT THING

“Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.” 2 Corinthians 3:5-6


From the living Word of God, we discover that there is only one thing that is truly sufficient in the life of a believer. That is the central focus of this series. As you journey through each part of this teaching, I encourage you to approach it with great value and expectation.


Don't merely read the words on the page; seek the Spirit behind them. For the Scripture says, "the letter killeth, but the Spirit giveth life." Read prayerfully. Study diligently. Meditate deeply. Ponder every truth. As you do, God will not only enlighten your understanding but also impart His life and power into your spirit.


Say this to yourself: Father, thank You for Your living and powerful Word. Let Your Word transform me from the inside out, making me into the person You have ordained me to be. I receive fresh illumination and divine transformation in this season, in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.” Matthew 23:11 Scripture says in Mark 10vs45 “for even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve...” Serve who? To serve others. So, to be like Jesus is to put on a servanthood garment and serving others. The word of God makes it clear that Jesus didn't come from heaven to the earth in order to be ordained as the Chieftainship of Nazareth, no! but to be a servant, giving his life as a ransom for many. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You for this knowledge coming across my way. Please give me the understanding of Your Word so as to walk in the reality of this greatness in Jesus' name. Amen!
