LightWord: THROUGH EXPECTATION “Now faith is...” Hebrews 11:1 Don't pray without an expectation anytime you are praying to the Father. Believe you receive them and you shall have them. Whatsoever it may be, expect it now! Because now faith is; if faith is not now, it has been generated for hope. Faith is about now - your healing is now, getting your own spouse is now, getting your own babies is now, your visa is now, citizenship is now, promotion is now, your battles are over now, your victory is now, breakthrough is now, whatever your needs may be, it will be supply now if you expect it. God already has it all, so expect it now and get it now. Say this to yourself: Lord I come before You today for this one thing( name it ) and I believe it is done and I have it right now by Your grace and mercy in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: THROUGH EXPECTATION “For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.” Proverbs 23:18 For surely there is an end. There's an end to that challenge if your expectation comes alive. Like my Father, Bishop David Oyedepo will always say, your expectation is what defines the end. Don't pray without an expectation again. Lord I believe it I receive it. It has been said that expectation is the mother of manifestation; it is until you expect something to happen without a second thought before you experience the happenings. Say this to yourself: Thank You Jesus because my faith will not fail me and my expectation shall not be cut off in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: THROUGH EXPECTATION “Come, for all things are now ready.” Luke 14:17 There's nothing you desire that God will start looking for; He already has it all. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us ( Eph.3:20 ). Nothing will God just prepare for you, all you need is to re-engineer your delivery channel. You need to be specific, you need to be expectant. Expect your breakthrough today! What you don't expect, you are not entitled to experience . Remember, expectation is what provokes manifestation. Jesus says, Come, for all things are ready. Say this to yourself: Father of our Lord Jesus, You are the source of all good and perfect things, for what I desire I believe I receive it now in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: HAVE FAITH IN GOD “But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God..., because they are spiritually discerned.” 1 Corinthians 2:14 The difference between an ordinary man and an extraordinary man is their faith. Faith is so much powerful that if you can believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. And if faith is that powerful, why are you so powerless? The Bible says but the natural man, the carnal minded man receives not the things of the Spirit of God, for they are spiritually discerned; and faith deals with spirituality. Notice: "It is the level of your spirituality that will determine how much faith will work for you." Say this to yourself: Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, release unto me grace to be a man full of faith, cause me to eliminate effectively whatever may lead me into carnality in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: HAVE FAITH IN GOD “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1 Faith deals with spirituality, that is why you have to understand the fact that faith is not a principle, it is a way of life. The Bible says "Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience." Faith is a mystery and it is the level of your spirituality that will determine how faith will work for you. Remember, God has already blessed us with all blessings but these blessings are classified into spiritual entities ( Eph.1:3 ), no wonder the Bible says as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit. Say this to yourself: Father, help me not to be conformed to this world but to be spiritually tuned up always to Your will in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: HAVE FAITH IN GOD “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1 What then is faith? With this Scripture above, one should understand that faith does not operate with the seen (physical) but it deals with the unseen. It is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Which means faith has to do with spirituality (unseen). If it can produce the substance of things we hoped for and gives us the evidence of things not seen then it must be spiritual indeed. Say this to yourself: Thank You Lord Jesus for revealing the truth of Your Word to me. By my faith in You let my spiritual blessings becomes a reality in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: HAVE FAITH IN GOD “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 10:17 Reasoning propels understanding and understanding of the Word of God break-forth light into your life. When you read or listen to the Word of God as information and you get the understanding by reasoning with it. Then, you can be sure of how God will deliver to you all you desire; because revelation stands as a real source of hope. Everything in the kingdom delivers to us only to the level of our understanding of it. Say this to yourself: Thank You Jesus because I have what the Bible says I have, I am who the Bible says I am, I am what the Bible says I am. I have all my need supplied in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: HAVE FAITH IN GOD “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 10:17 According to our focal Scripture of today, faith comes by hearing and hearing, in other words, the first hearing comes as information while the second hearing stands as revelation . And the key to revelation is understanding. Get this right, it is not reading that makes wise, it is not listening to the word of God that makes wise, it is reasoning that does. You can read as many books as you want to, you can read as many verses of the Bible as you wish to, but the truth of the matter is that it won't make any difference in you or else you know how to apply those knowledge into your life. That is why the Bible says "and with all thy getting get understanding." Prov. 4:7. Say this to yourself: Thank You Jesus because I'm walking in the revelation knowledge of the Word of God all my life in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God” Mark 11:22 The earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. And the level of your result in life is not determined by how long you pray; that you can pray 24 hours non-stop has no meaning without faith attachment. Yes! It's a good thing to praise God, to pray to God in order to receive that which you desire from the Lord but it must be done by faith . Mark 11:24, notice - you won't have what you desire when you pray, but until you believe without a second thought. "...when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them." Say this to yourself: Heavenly Father, as I pray to You today that You grant me my heart desire, I believe I receive them and I have them in the name of Your Son Jesus Christ. Amen!

LightWord: “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God... But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering.” James 1:5-6 Another translation of our focal Scripture of today says " ask without a second thought." That is, to receive anything from the Lord you must ask knowing fully well that you have received it even when it seems invisible to you and to the people around you. Permit me to say at this junction that, it is not the quantity of one's prayer that guarantee results but it is the faith attached to one's prayer that produces unhindered manifestations . The world won't respect you for how much you pray but how much notable results they can count in your life as a child of God. Say this to yourself: Father of Glory, let your glory be revealed in my life as I pray even from today in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: “How good it is to get what you want!” Proverbs 13:19 GNT One of the things that makes one full of joy is to see his/her heart's desire been acquired . I pray for you that sooner than expected you carry the evidence of your heart's desires.  Jesus said Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full John 16:24 . But you may say; yes! I have asked in His name yet nothing is happening. Really? It may be so but the truth of the matter is that it can start happening even now. Say this to yourself: Father, thank You for all my prayers are coming to manifestations even now, I carry my evidence by Your grace and mercy in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: BE PRAYERFUL “And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.” Matthew 6:13 Applying Jesus' prayer to acquire your heart's desire. It's necessary to pray over temptation in your prayer, because temptation will surely come from the devil to demote you and dilute your joy over what God has already done for you in the Spirit realm. The truth is that, if Jesus can be tempted, no one is exempted. But you are to remind yourself to pray ahead of temptation and God to deliver you from evil. To seal your prayer, always return the glory back to Him. He is the God that answer prayers, He still answers prayer today. Envelope your prayer with thanksgiving to ascend to heaven (Phil.4:6). Say this to yourself: Glory be to God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who answers prayer. LightWord: BE PRAYERFUL “And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.” Matthew 6:11 Applying Jesus' prayer to acquire your heart's desire. It's not a mistake when Jesus said while we are praying, desperately expecting our heart desires to be acquired we should not be ignorant of the danger of unforgiveness in hindering our expectations. Unforgiveness in our heart is dangerously dangerous first by making us unholy before the Lord to whom we pray to, second, it brings a burden to us too hard to bear: because unforgiveness to others will make God himself not to forgive you, and no one can bear that ( Mark 11:25-26 ). So, forgive that your prayers may not be hindered . Say this to yourself: Father, everyone that might have offended me and I refused to forgive, today by Your Spirit and Your grace I release forgiveness to them all, that my prayers might not be hindered in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: BE PRAYERFUL “Give us this day our daily bread.” Matthew 6:11 Applying Jesus' prayer to acquire your heart's desire. Another He taught us is to pray that the Lord should provide for our daily bread. That is, focus your prayer on the exact thing you know you're capable of handling. Don't desire bread for the morrow - Jesus says give us this day our daily bread . God is not a wicked God, He won't deliver to you what will destroy you. Ask from God with wisdom. If you ask aright, it will be vividly deliver to you. Say this to yourself: My Father, I pray today that You correct my errors in prayer. Fill me with Your wisdom to pray aright at all times, give me this day my ( name it ) in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: BE PRAYERFUL “Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:10 Applying Jesus' prayer to acquire your heart desire. It's a must for you to pray for His will to be done. For everyone that knows how to ask for their daily bread should also know how to pray for His will to be done. If not so, Jesus wouldn't have included it in His prayer guidelines. What is the will of God? Apostle Paul helped us with this in 1 Tim. 2:4 that God's will is to have all men saved and come to the knowledge of the truth . So, it's your duty in prayer to pray this to manifestation by praying passionately every time for souls to be saved. Say this to yourself: Father, I pray for grace not to be selfish in my requests to You but to put first Your will in all my prayers from henceforth in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: BE PRAYERFUL “Thy kingdom come.” Matthew 6:10 Applying Jesus' prayer to acquire your heart desire. The third stage in your prayer is calling the Kingdom of God - the blessing in heavenly places ( Eph.1:3 ) - down to your life. Partakes to what you desperately desire. Not only in financial breakthrough, or buying a bungalow in Victoria Island, Lagos, no! But desires like power - ability to rule in the midst of your enemies unharmed; Victory - overcoming all challenges of life; Wisdom - ability to increase numerically, alphabetically, financially, physically and spiritually. Call down His kingdom into your life in your daily prayer, He will supply.  Say this to yourself: Father I know Your will for me is to bless me beyond measure; therefore, Thy kingdom come in my life and all mine in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: BE PRAYERFUL “In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.” Matthew 6:9 NKJV Applying Jesus' prayer to acquire your heart desire. The second stage is to honor Him in your prayer for who He is. Apostle Paul said "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving Let your requests be made known unto God." ( Phil. 4:6 ). No matter how eager you are about your desires, your prayer to God must always be enveloped with thanksgiving . Say this to yourself: Thank You Father for You are more than able. Thank You because You will supply all my needs according to Your riches in glory in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: BE PRAYERFUL “If you believe, you will get anything you ask for in prayer.” Matthew 21:22 Jesus has given to you access to pray bold prayers whereby you can ask anything you want, and it will be given you. For your prayer to be effective however, you must take note of the following: *You must pray in accordance to His will. James 4:3. *You must pray in the name of Jesus. John 16:23-24 *Your prayer must be about a specific matter Mark 11:23. *You must pray in faith, believing God has answered you James 1:5-8, Mark 11:24, James 1:5-7. *You must pray fervently James 5:16. *You must pray with all of your heart Jer. 29:13 *You pray in the Spirit 1Cor.14:2, Eph. 6: 18. *You must mingle your prayer with praise and thanksgiving Phil. 4:6 Say this to yourself: Thank You Father because you answers prayers today. Let the Holy Spirit anoints me so I can keep praying effectively in Jesus' name. Amen!

LightWord: BE PRAYERFUL “If you believe, you will get anything you ask for in prayer.” Matthew 21:22 We have such a powerful back up to acquiring our desires and through prayer . Looking closely to our focal Scripture of today, Jesus never attached such power to other endeavors. “Plan and it will be given to you.” “You will get anything you work for.” Those words are not in the Bible. But these are - If you remain in Me and follow My teachings, you can ask anything you want, and it will be given to you John 15:7 . Say this to yourself: Dear Jesus accept the words of my mouth in prayer by Your mercy. Amen!

LightWord: BE PRAYERFUL “...always labouring fervently for you in prayers.” Colossians 4:12 It is written according to our focal Scripture that prayer is a form of spiritual laboring , and Scripture makes us understand that in all labor there is profit Proverbs 14:23 . But the labour of the foolish wearieth every one of them, because he knoweth not how to go to the city. Eccls.10:15 Which means it is a must for you to know how to labor in prayer for your labor not to be burdensome. When one of Jesus’ disciples requested, “Lord, teach us to pray” Luke 11:1, none of the others objected. No one walked away saying, “Hey, I have prayer figured out.” Say this to yourself: Today my soul is thirsty to know how to pray, enough of laboring in vain. Holy Spirit help me in my prayers; for Your glory to manifest in my life. Amen!
